Typical requirements
The exact list depends on your circumstances and the authority handling your application.
- Old NBI clearance (issued 2014 onwards), picture or scan only
- Passport information page, including the page with your signature
- Three specimen signatures
- One 2×2 photo with a white background (no teeth showing), or a clear selfie against a white background
- A handwritten authorisation letter using the provided template
- If you do not have an old NBI clearance, you will need to visit the Philippine Embassy to obtain the NBI form and a Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

Rush processing

Optional priority handling, subject to document type and current availability. The rush fee is paid together with the deposit.
A €50 deposit per document is required to begin. If you choose rush processing, the rush fee is paid together with the deposit. Courier costs are separate. Processing estimates begin after payment and exclude weekends and holidays.

Authorisation and deposit
We provide the required instructions and templates. A €50 deposit per document starts the process. If you choose rush processing, the rush fee is paid together with the deposit.

Request and DFA apostille
We request the document where included, secure the DFA appointment, submit it and collect it after release.
- 04
Balance and delivery
The remaining service balance is settled when the document is released, then return delivery is coordinated with you.
