Filipino Minor Dependent Born in Spain

The applicant is a newborn baby. Her mother obtained a Digital Nomad Visa through a different consultant, with her father included as a dependent. The baby was born in Spain, and her mother reached out to us to inquire if we could handle her baby’s residency application. I did not ask why they chose not to use the same consultant as before. I gladly assisted her and provided the list of required documents for the newborn’s application.
