Filipino Sales Officer (Client Company in United Arab Emirates)

The applicant was originally employed by a company in the UAE as a Sales Officer. To facilitate the application process, we requested that she transition from employee to independent contractor status. The company agreed and issued an independent contractor agreement. However, since her contract includes a specific end date (though it is renewable), she was granted a two-year Spain Digital Nomad residency, corresponding to the duration of her contract. Nonetheless, we’re pleased that her application was approved, and we can simply reapply before her residency expires.
