Filipino Video Editor and Consultant (Client Company in California and Massachusetts, USA)

The main applicant initially applied for a Digital Nomad Visa at the Spanish Consulate in the Philippines, together with his wife. He was granted a one-year visa, but his wife’s application was rejected.

At the time of application, the main applicant was working as a video editor and consultant for two companies, but he only submitted proof of income from one. As a result, his wife’s application was denied due to insufficient income to support both of them.

After the main applicant arrived in Spain, we resubmitted both of their applications for the three-year Digital Nomad residency. This time, both were approved.
